When should I receive my royalty payments?

Royalty payments are mailed during the last week of each month. Royalty payments will be issued when an owner’s account reaches a minimum balance of $100.

How do I get a copy of my revenue statement?

Revenue statements are mailed with your royalty check. Please contact us if you need an additional copy.

Does Single Barrel offer direct deposit?

We do not offer direct deposit at this time.

When will my IRS Form 1099 be issued?

1099 Forms are required by law to be mailed out by January 31st. If you have not received your Form 1099 within two weeks after the required mail date, you may contact us to receive a duplicate. Please provide a current address as duplicates will be issued by mail only.

Why was federal withholding tax deducted from my royalty payment?

The IRS requires payors to withhold taxes from any payee who has not provided a Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number. To provide your Social Security Number or Tax ID Number, please fill out the IRS Form W-9 and submit the completed form by email to ownerrelations@single-barrel.com or by mail to Single Barrel Oil and Gas, LLC, P.O. Box 2099, Granbury, TX 76048.

Where can I find out about escheated funds?

All states are required to report unclaimed funds belonging to owners who cannot be located. You will need to contact the applicable state(s) to reclaim funds that have been escheated and belong to you. A website you may find helpful is https://unclaimed.org  (National Association of Unclaimed Property Administration).
